I can’t wait to be done with this place, ortho wait times are crazy! Most visits 50/50 are over an hour wait. That’s not right. They gotta do something to fix that. But honestly don’t even care, I won’t be returning after my daughter is done with her braces.

Front desk staff was really nice and helpful. The office manager was nice and he showed concern for my kid. I really appreciate the three of them.
Honestly terrible service no compassion for customers. The first dentist I worked with was great but the second dentist couldn’t get my kid off the chair fast enough. They also swindled with pricing 2x making me have to pay double for what was already discussed and paid weeks in advance. Now I have to stop my services midway through for my child due to this unprofessional behavior.
My daughter's orthodontic treatment at this office have been very frustrating and stressful experience from the start to finish. When we first started, there was a different orthodontist (I unfortunately don't remember his name) who was excellent--kind, professional, and always took the time to explain everything clearly. After he left, the current orthodontist has been the complete opposite.
