RecommendedI Would like to take a moment to give amazing kudos to this dental center! My eight-year-old daughter and my 13-year-old son came in for a check up and cleaning yesterday Unfortunately my son ended up with some cavities and they needed to be taken care of sooner than later. We have been using Children’s Dentistry since my oldest son was 4 years old and he is now 17. My youngest son was 3 and he’s now 7. Never a bad moment, or being nervous. They love my boys and each staff member and dentist has been 100% awesome. When my youngest knocked his front tooth out at 3 years old, they were immediately available to assist me over the phone late in the evening and worked us in immediately the next day to check the tooth. I highly recommend this group. They do excellent work and A+ service
So far so good .. my 5 year old isn't afraid to go there and have her dental work done. They are honest and thorough compared to her previous dentist.
We had our first dental visit, and my 2 year old loved it. The staff was great at explaining what they were going to do and kept me informed on what to expect on the next visit. My daughter loved the trains, fish tank and the prize that she got to take home at the end. Thank you for making our first visit a great one.
I will not be taking my children back. My daughter just turned 2, so today was her first appointment. It was very nice and clean, but I had to wait for over an hour for her to get called back and only spend 5 minutes in the back. Then, im told I cant go back with her when she turns 3. They put her in this room away from all of the other kids, which made her feel uncomfortable and puzzled because she seen all of the other kids out in the dentist chairs. Today was our first visit to Children's Dental center at Brookstone. I was so impressed by the moment I walked through the door. What a neat office!!! My 3 year old daughter was so excited for her first visit and now can't wait to go back. Thank you for making a trip to the dentist fun :)
