I had a very disappointing experience at this pediatric dental clinic. I arrived only 15 minutes late to my appointment, and I had already called ahead and left a voicemail informing them that I would be late. Despite that, the front desk staff treated me very poorly. They were rude, unprofessional, and showed no understanding at all. I came from a far distance with my two children, paid for an Uber which cost me money, and was already struggling to make it there.
