Children's Communication Center is invaluable for my son and our family. My son experienced years of speech/language therapy from CCC when he was growing up. Now that he is older, CCC recently provided a series of SLP services to correct and enhance his adult speech and language. This will help him as he navigates the transition period and becomes an adult with understandable speech and appropriate language skills. CCC is a huge part of his success in life!
We highly recommend Lori for any child who is having speech issues or difficulties. Our son had seen two other speech pathologists for his speech before we found Lori. We wish we had found her first! She is the first professional who focused not just on how our son said things but upon why he said them the way he did. We started tongue strengthening exercises and could see a difference in our son's speech very quickly. Lori became not just our son's speech "teacher," but also his friend. Children's Communication Center is a gem in Tallahassee! Our son has thrived under the expertise and care he received from his 1:1 sessions with "Miss Lori." Her years of experience, passion for her work, and kindness helped our son make great strides in his communicative abilities.
