I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Hood and his staff. He has operated on me 4 times now... all successful. Where complications set in, he addressed those on the spot in the best possible way. I am having a knee replaced in 16 days and I am scared but what I am not scared about is the quality of care I will recieve. Dr. Hamilton was an incredibly kind doctor who listened, took extra steps towards my high risk care with any issue that arose, and took his time to explain to me anything I needed to know. His nurse was also very sweet. I never got to tell him how much I appreciated his care for my two high risk pregnancies. My children are healthy, happy, active kids. Thank you for all you do!
I went to the er complaining a pain in my side ,kidney pain from enlarged prostate .I did not see a doctor ,I saw a nurse twice during a four hour stay .the staff seemed really concerned until I told them I have no insurance,the npr came said here and gave me a brochure for back pain and 15 lor tabs and a bill for 4,000 dollars great hospital huh
Went in a few days ago due to domestic violence and wanting to be looked at and report my injuries as this is important when going through domestic violence and to the future of your case if a person wants to press charges. It was literally a ghost town when I showed up and so they were not even close to busy. I am so done with being treated like a addict everything I go to the hospital. So bad tonight I walked out and they didn't bother to ask why. I go in because I can't sit and barely can walk and tell them I do not want pain meds, just need to know what's happening and maybe get a steroid shot. They waited an hour after being in a room to come in an tell me to give a urine sample, then an hour after that still hadn't seen the Dr. They were not busy, Dr and nurses at desk laughing and talking. I am done.
Office staff and nursing staff are very rude. I love my doctor but I have been treated poorly by the office staff and my nurse several times in person and by phone. I have had to call human resources several times about this and have not yet seen a difference. I just want to feel respected and treated kindly. The two front receptionists are nice.
Horrible have been here with my daughter for 4 hours in a holding room had to get nurses attention just to get an update on why we hadn't been seen will not bring my children here again they have 40 staff working an emergency room and can't remember to check on a single patient probably because all the nurses do is roam halls and gossip
I believe Dr. Boyd is at least as "good" as any other pediatrician I have known. Meaning competent, professional, caring and nice. And perhaps better, taking the time to make the best possible diagnosis. Once, rather then prescribe "pills" for an upset stomach she asked many questions. Finally asking if my son had — who was on "pills" for something that requires them — was eating breakfast. Found he was not, and taking medication on an empty stomach. Dr. Kyger is the best in Muskogee. He treats you for prevention of disease complications. In my opinion he is the greatest.
