They are really flexible. When I am rushing to make an appointment, they are understanding and not glancing at their watches because I am five to ten minutes late. No one leaves home trying to be late for an appointment. However, when trying to gather up a two year old and a seven month old five minutes takes twenty-five minutes and before you know it, you're late.
