Met with a doc to see if we liked her and we did. Made an appointment for our young daughter and then was called out of state and needed to cancel. Called to cancel as we were out of state and next available was over a month away in which I wanted to discuss the timeframe with my husband because we were already late on vaccines. The office staff didn't cancel my appt, therefore it looked like we didn't show up and their policy is that they don't want you as a patient if you miss your first appt (which I called and cancelled)... read more
All of the providers are amazing. I have always been so pleased with our care. Plus I have always been able to get in within a few hours for a sick appointment.
