Been bringing my kiddos since day 1. Dr. Mercado is awesome. Kids actually like coming to the dr.
The doctors are good but that staff is just horrible. So lazy. One guy didn't want to get the numbing spray for my 1 year old when she was going to get shots because he didn't "wanna go open the box". I honestly have never seen a lazier staff than the ones at this clinic. Patients were denied to use the bathrooms as well. I couldn't even change my child's diaper I had to change it outside in the cold!
Dr Mercado is absolutely the best. If I could I would have him to San Antonio. He has seen my boys since they were little my eldest was six now he is 18. He is always so attentive and caring. The boys really love their pediatrician.
