Dr Ryan and the staff there are very friendly and helpful. Very professional.
We didn't have the most ideal visit due to the computer not loading images and the lady at the billing counter not willing to explain their global coverage. The coverage is $150 for a fracture and covers the follow-up care for a certain time frame with no additional copay in that time frame. We were able to see a Dr at the other office to show us images. Kim the office manager is truly fantastic and followed up with our concerns and corrected them.
Be prepared, you will be waiting for hours just to be seen.
All the bad reviews had me worried about this place but in my experience, they were great. The front office is nice, I didnt experience any long waits on both visits. Took my son for a broken wrist. Had to get xrays redone because the urgent care sent the wrong images over. Xrays were quick. Once they confirmed it was broken, he was casted there on the spot. The whole appointment was fast. Going in to remove cast was fast also.
The staff lacks professionalism. My daughter has an appointment in June, and they told her they can order her Houdini straps. Along came September, and we didn't hear back from them. I called 2 weeks in a row to finally be told that the technician's staff messed up and didn't preauthorize the straps. I was scheduled to place the Houdini straps yesterday, but I'm told they don't do it at this location. I have to go to their Henderson location.
