My two kids and I LOVE CFP, specifically Dr. Koch. He is so kind, wonderful, engaging and spirited while being educational and accommodating. My kids had went to a Pediatrician prior who had missed a critical diagnosis in my youngest, and Dr. Koch was beyond helpful and comforting in helping with our findings and referral(s). He is truly wonderful, 17/10 recommend. We highly recommend him and the support staff/nurses as well.
Rude
Absolutely HORRIBLE I called over two weeks ago and spoke with new patient coordinator Carmen about getting my son as a new patient. I did all new patient paperwork and had past immunization records in just to never hear from them. I have called 3 times since then, they always said Carmen wasn't there and they didn't know where my sons records are and they can't get him as a new patient until Carmen does her part. Nobody actually tried to help and basically told me to go somewhere else. Unprofessional,rude, and incompetent.
