Absolutely HORRIBLE I called over two weeks ago and spoke with new patient coordinator Carmen about getting my son as a new patient. I did all new patient paperwork and had past immunization records in just to never hear from them. I have called 3 times since then, they always said Carmen wasn't there and they didn't know where my sons records are and they can't get him as a new patient until Carmen does her part. Nobody actually tried to help and basically told me to go somewhere else. Unprofessional,rude, and incompetent.
We have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Applegate and everyone at Children's First Pediatrics! They are very accommodating and if I have needed to get someone in at the last minute, they are always willing to try and help! I have wanted to change since they moved b/c it's across town, but I haven't been able to leave b/c they're all so great!
