Absolutely HORRIBLE I called over two weeks ago and spoke with new patient coordinator Carmen about getting my son as a new patient. I did all new patient paperwork and had past immunization records in just to never hear from them. I have called 3 times since then, they always said Carmen wasn't there and they didn't know where my sons records are and they can't get him as a new patient until Carmen does her part. Nobody actually tried to help and basically told me to go somewhere else. Unprofessional,rude, and incompetent.
We have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Applegate and everyone at Children's First Pediatrics! They are very accommodating and if I have needed to get someone in at the last minute, they are always willing to try and help! I have wanted to change since they moved b/c it's across town, but I haven't been able to leave b/c they're all so great!
All 4 of my kids have been going to this practice since they were born. Doctor Applegate is always very thorough in answering any questions that we have, and the staff is very friendly and help to make going to the doctor a positive experience for the kiddos. The only negative thing is that we have to drive an hour since we live out of town, but for us it's worth it!
