Just took my daughter there on Monday, 3/16/26. She saw Dr. Burgess. I don't know why as she has never seen him at all. She's always seen Dr. Simpson, who is phenomenal. She had to get fillings and she has never been in so much pain. First, he didn't use a topical anesthetic before injecting her to numb her. He just came in straight with the needle. I made an appointment for my 4 children over a month ago and filled out all of their paperwork on the same day. I arrived at our appointment on time, however they did not see any of my children until 40 minutes past our appointment. During that time, they informed me they needed to verify our insurance, because the paperwork I submitted on their website forum did not save all of the information. Absolutely amazing! My son is autistic and they made him feel comfortable while pulling a tooth. Dr Simpson is a miracle worker my son didn't feel anything. The technician (ashley i think) used to tapping method to keep my son grounded during the shot process and that really helped him.
