Havent had any issue with the front desk, the doctor does seem very rushed at times. But seems thorough with ordering tests after listening to concerns.

My children have been coming to this practice for over 10 years. I’ve never had an issue of any sort. Dr Faqiri has always been professional, kind and caring for my kids. The front desk team together with the assistants have made my kids and I feel very welcome and comfortable while performing their duties. The whole staff have created a wonderful and positive environment for all of us every time we visit this practice.

Do not take your kids to this office. They charge for things they shouldn’t, give no clear explanations, and completely lack professionalism starting with the doctor, who chose to yell at me instead of addressing the issue. The staff are just as clueless and unhelpful. If you want to avoid a massive bill and frustrating experience, stay far away from this place.

It’s taken me a while to be able to write this review due to how upsetting our experience was, we actually left prior to being seen with our 8 week old newborn due to how poorly we were treated at the front desk. This practice only cares about payment, and receiving it BEFORE services are rendered. When I offered my credit card to be kept up front until after the visit and be charged following speaking with the doctor to answer my questions about vaccines, there was absolutely no empathy to our family, especially as new pare... read more
