It’s taken me a while to be able to write this review due to how upsetting our experience was, we actually left prior to being seen with our 8 week old newborn due to how poorly we were treated at the front desk. This practice only cares about payment, and receiving it BEFORE services are rendered. When I offered my credit card to be kept up front until after the visit and be charged following speaking with the doctor to answer my questions about vaccines, there was absolutely no empathy to our family, especially as new pare... read more
Took both my kids back in April of 2024 and paid out of pocket 300 and almost a year later I have a pass balance due. No one in the office ever told me I had to pay more than what I was told. I was just in this office last month and still was not informed of this pass balance due. Worst office to have any kids at due to them not having any communication with there patients at all. Wouldn't refer anyone to this office.
We really enjoy Dr. Faqiri! She is very thorough and patient with my kids. Her staff is attentive and friendly. Best of all, there is rarely any waiting time and you can get same day appointments if you need them for a sick child! Highly recommend.
The doctor was very unprofessional. We had several negative experiences- mostly with billing/ insurance (ex. billing the wrong code to insurance company) but we stayed since we had been going to CAPS for over 6 years. Ultimately we left the practice due to an extremely unprofessional and disrespectful encounter with the doctor.
Took my daughter there for the first time and the staff was great from the front desk to the techs that took care us. Dr. Faqiri was so nice and engaging, and the overall experience was for sure all 5 stars worth. Highly recommended.
