RecommendedI am not sure why the other people seem to have negative comments. I love all the doctors at this clinic, and as mom of 4 boys, sure I see different doctors at times. I am completely familiar with them all and feel comfortable with them all. They have been very knowledgeable, explained things to me when I asked, and has been so helpful! My kids have good healthcare, I am happy. Again, love all the doctors and staff at this office.
You never see the same doctor. The nurses never smile and are always rude! Even the admin staff at the front is rude, except Meg - she was the only nice one. I have had to call their office three times to request shot records so I can get my son registered in school care, I have yet to receive them! The last time I called 'Kelsey' was so put out by my request! Does she realize my son's child care depends on her efficiency to fulfill my request??? "In future, [lollipops] are for patients only..." SERIOUSLY?! Seriously! My 1 month old just had 3 shots and my 2 year old dropped her lollipop on the ground! You really want to give me a hard time about A SINGLE TINY LOLLIPOP. GOOD GRIEF. On top of that, we've only ever seen Dr. Cyrus twice in almost three years. Grumpy, judgy admin staff. Wouldn't even look me in the eye. Also, super judgy when rescheduling appointments. So uncomfortable. What gives?! Be nice to people! Gah!
Several reason why you shouldnt go here. 1, you almost NEVER see your own Dr or the same Dr several times in a row. 2, almost ways busy and hard to get in. 3, my daughter had a cough for WEEKS! i took her in and called several times concerned. They just kept saying allergies, but we had been treating her for it already. NEVER once took and kind of tests to check for anything.
