Friendly, took my concerns seriously
I love Alexis Franks. She truly is wonderful. However, it is nearly impossible to get in touch with these people to schedule an appointment. They don’t call back until days later. I kept getting told I can’t schedule on the app through them too. It’s absolutely frustrating.
