They never received the call
It’s been a month. I’m trying to call to make a follow up appointment for my daughter. I leave a voicemail more than 10 times but they never called me back. Sandy Cooper please listen to voicemail and call me back. I need her diagnose medical record also for a school. 😡😡
As a parent of a little one with autism and other disabilities this location is the most stressful parking situation. There is no where to park or a parking garage that does not require you to walk down or up a huge hill. As most kiddos with autism frequently elope and have trouble staying safe I feel like they did not consider this at all when choosing this location. Great staff, but extremely frustrating tiring walk to the appointment :(
Drove all the way there from 2 1/2 hours away. Stood at main desk for half hour ringing bell. Was told doctor left for the day and they’d reschedule. Horrible staff and can never get ahold of them by phone. Will be changing hospitals. Don’t go there if you’re smart.
