Was so disappointed in the lack of staff and care for my child came in with a head injury and wait for hours I remember when they used to take kids back as soon as u got to the hospital for head injuries and now kids with ear infection get treated 1st
I moved to Pittsburgh in 2018, and I’ve been bringing my kids here ever since. I absolutely LOVE them. They see the same doctor every time, no switching around on me. Every single staff member I’ve come across is friendly, helpful and caring. My daughter went through a really hard situation last year, and it was rough on my whole family. Her doctor (Shenoa) was so supportive and understanding, she really cares about her patients and their parents on a personal level. They give out food bags sometimes, and toys to the kids.
