I love the staff and Doctor. They schedule appointments accordingly and it's never an all day wait to see the doctor. What I like the most about Dr. Martin is that he truly cares about treating what needs to be treated no more no less and doesn't force pharmaceuticals down my children's throat. Also the doctor office isn't an "corporate" feeling doctor office. I feel like we are actually being taking care of and not just another patient.
I would like to start by saying that the receptionist is very sweet & my review in no way reflects her or her professionalism. If you are going to this doctor to find a relatable & outgoing pediatrician for your child/children, I would consider going elsewhere. I came in to fill out paperwork for my 4 children to switch them to this practice. Everything went well. The receptionist was so helpful and sweet! Appointments were scheduled with no issues. But then after the doctor saw one of my children, the doctor had his receptionist call and tell me he would not see my kids. My child was not unruly, and neither was I.
