At Chiladas', we use farm-fresh ingredients in everything we make. We can trace our tomatoes, onions, avocados and green onions to the farm they came from. Our USDA meats are marinated in-house and slow roasted without any preservatives or fillers. You can trust that our food is prepared and served fresh, never frozen every day. In fact, we don't even have a freezer or microwave in our kitchens. Chiladas' unique menu items include hand-rolled enchiladas and green chile rice made from roasted poblano pepper, white rice and cilantro.
