I would definitely recommend Chief's Appliance Repair to anyone! They were quick, courteous and very reasonably priced. In the process of repairing our washer and cleaning the the dryer vent, Mike spotted a potential problem and probably saved us from having a 'dryer' fire. Hopefully we will not have any more problems but if we do, they'll be the first place we'll call.

Mike was great! Found his ad in the Verizon Yellow Pages and then went to his information on Superpages.com and signed up for the Guarantee. When he came over I explained that I had attempted to fix the problem myself (let the people who know Fix the problem before you make it worse). Had the problem in diagnosed in 30 seconds and explained everthing; what, why and how in a way anyone could understand. Then presented me the estimate to fix in writing before he started. Mike is always pleasant and courteous. He does the repairs well and in a timely fashion. He answers my questions in a respectful manner. We have recommended him to several friends.
I called Monday morning and they had a tech in to look at my washing machine with 2 hours. The tech (Mike) was a real good guy and did a great job fixing the washer. I am very happy with Chief's from my initial phone call to the completed repair. I would recommend them to anyone who needs an appliance repair.
Mike reponded to our call promptly. He was very professional and friendly. Having a "personality" means a lot to me and my wife, and Mike definitely fits the bill. His work was excellent and at a very reasonable price. His prior experience with a major retail store was demonstrated in the work he performed. I highly recommend him to others, and we will always call upon him for future work.

I was so entirely pleased with Chiefs appliance. My Refridgerator had been slowly leaking for weeks and i didnt know who to call especially cause money is tight. I called Cheifs appliance and they were there the same day and really saved me a lot on money ! haha now my kids can stop slipping on the kitchen floor. THANKS SO MUCH!
