Mike is the best...very knowledgeable and gets the job done. Our ice maker stumped many before him but he got it up and running like new.
Pleased with the work performed but advertised $65.00 service fee was supposed to go towards repair.....cost me $130 to remove lint from pump on washing machine!! Had I known that cost would double would have gone somewhere else!!!!
It is always a pleasure to call Chief's Appliance when we need repair of our aging major appliances (now 20 years and aging further). We have used their services 4 times over the past years: (1) Dec 7, 2010 to install dryer vent hose. This was probably the most difficult repair as the laundry room is very small, with very little room to move (right between the washer and the water heater)! I had a prompt reply to my service call. The booking worked around my work schedule. The technician was courteous, gathered information quickly, diagnosed the problem and answered any and all questions posed. His diagnosis was spot on. He repaired the problem, re-tested the GE washer, and left me one happy, satisfied customer. From the phone call, to the technician's leaving, the experience was first rate. Kudos to this business! I had Mike out today to repair my LG washer/dryer combo unit and everything went perfectly. His truck was stocked with the exact pump and sensor he needed to get us back up and running. Anna in the office did a masterful job scheduling and even called in the morning to narrow the time the tech would be at my home. GREAT JOB guys!
I do not know of anyone that likes to pay money out, but when someone like Mike Motley shows up at your door and conducts himself with respect and confidence you are put at ease.
