A friend recommended Chief's Appliance. I could not have been more pleased with the service. Everyone was polite, friendly and proffesional. I got a reminder call the day of the service and a follow up call about a week later. I will be sure to tell all my friends to call Chief's if they need an appliance repaired.
They were able to come out the same day and fix our washer! They are also very affordable and reliable. This is the third time we have used them to fix our appliances and we have never had a problem. We highly recommend Chief's Appliance Repair!!

This is a retired military veteran owned company providing fast and reliable service. No problem making an appointment to meet my schedule. Mike was there at the scheduled time, had all the necessary equipment with him and completed the repair of my ice machine in one hour. I highly recommend Chief's for any type of appliance repair.
Chief's Appliance Repair & Dryer Vent Cleaning provided great customer service to my family. I called with a wash machine problem on a Monday morning. I asked for a specific day and they were able to accommodate my needs. The technician was on time and very knowledgeable. He was able to give the machine a much needed tune-up and even did some work on the dryer as requested. Fixed my ice maker. They were right on time and the technician was very thorough to check out the system and explained all questions that I had. They also offered a military discount for the service. Would highly recommend to anyone needing service on appliances at their homme.

I called Chief's Appliance Repr because I was referred by a friend and so glad I did! Our warranty had just expired a couple of months ago. Thought it was going to cost a fortune because it sounded like the motor.........Well he came out the next business day, on time and very professional.
