Office manager is hostile, screaming and yelling in the back office like a maniac because she is the proving that she messed up and her staff messed up and does not want to apologize or own up to their mistakes. This place should be shut down.
The last time I went, they falsely billed my insurance for an EKG. When I called them about a bill I received for like $2 and something for an EKG that I never received, they called me back and told me forget about the $2 payment. So then I went in today for an appointment, my yearly wellness check, and they tried to charge me $35 copay. I explained to her that I've never had to pay a co-pay for a wellness check.
