Beautiful office and very kind staff. We had a positive experience during my daughter’s appointment. However, I was disappointed that I had to pay the full amount upfront despite having full dental benefits. I was told my insurance would reimburse me directly, as this is their office policy. I’ve never experienced this at other dental offices, and it’s frustrating to pay out of pocket and wait for reimbursement when I already pay a significant amount for benefits through work.
