I live above Chico’s and they constantly blast music early in morning/ late at night. Currently woken up by their music at 430 am while writing this. They either answer their phone and their employees are very rude about turning down music or they just don’t answer. Very poor service from employees. Thumbs down. Updated: after a noise complaint has been filed and multiple calls down to ask them to turn the music down, they continue to blast music early in the morning with no regard to the people who live above the restaurant... read more
