front desk was friendly, quick and efficient. nurse was very nice and patient and did a great job keeping me calm. doctor was good. was in and out in a reasonable amount of time and they even called me a few days later to make sure I was doing ok.

We have been there a few times for us and our kids. They have been nothing but awsome but one time, but I think it was just the dr's personality and nothing to do with the care.

This place is awful. The girl at the front desk was rude and very unprofessional, she looked at me like a had 2 heads when I said I needed to be seen. There was no how can I help you , it was a staring game for like 35 - 40 seconds . I also can't seem to figure out why I couldn't be seen with out a written referral from my doctor ( my doctor is the one who told me to go there) .
I've been here about 5 times in the last two years for both my son and fiancé and we have been pleased with every visit. From injured elbow to back sprain to sanding off the tips of three fingers, my family has been taken care of very well. Way better then sitting in an ER waiting room for hours waiting to be treated. At this place your in and out in a reasonable amount of time AND the visit is not as expensive as an ER visit.

I've been there twice in the last 8 months. Once with a badly sprained ankle and yesterday with an ear infection. I was seen quickly and looked over thoroughly. While I can't remember who saw me first, Dr. Thomas was great taking care of my recent visit. He was thorough, kind and even funny. The staff was efficient and caring. I will return if need be. Thank you!

I was here the other day, got turned away because my "insurance" had changed, I saw my normal Dr today and they told me I have my normal insurance like I always have had....and guess what you should of taken me in because I have Pneumonia! �
VERY disappointed in how long it took to be see with NO labs or X-rays done. I waited 3 hrs for less than 5 minutes with the Doctor who barely examined me. I was told by my PCP to go there to get fluids for dehydration and he would not give them to me there because my vitals were good. My Doctor and I know that I need fluids that's why he sent mr there instead of ER. Waste of my time. Most people walking out after waiting so long yesterday were saying the same thing.
