RecommendedI take their clinic as my PCP office, I don't like Riverband hospital, you can't imagine an appointment for your PCP needs to take 3 months. 2 month ago, I was suffering from urinal traction, I even can not get an appointment on that day in the early morning .I went to ME, they took care of me on the same day. this is the first time to go urgent care .and I strongly recommend patient to try them ,of course I need to pay extra copay, but you get care instantly.it worth the mon… See more
they don't understand the concept of "urgent" care. I took my husband there to get stitches on his thumb...He walked and was told he needed to call for an appointment and that the wait would be at least 2 hours. oh and we needed to sit in the parking lot to wait for his turn. 95° heat...never again. we went down the street to the Holyoke Care next to family dollar, they took us right away, in and out within an hour.
