One of my favorite Montana escapes! Had our second annual group vacation there and have the next two booked!
Be careful in staying in room 101. It’s right next to the lobby and when the bar crowd comes in, it’s pretty load!
The food was fantastic and the service was great! We enjoyed soaking in the pools, and loved being so close to Yellowstone Park!
It was my first visit with friends/family yesterday and I truly wanted to like this place, but the customer service was horrendous. Both the bartenders were confrontational, extremely rude, and unprofessional. Both were heavy set brunettes and rolled their eyes and tossed me my photo ID after going on a rant about our drink orders. We were on the hot springs side, not the bar side. Super disappointing and will not be going back or recommending to friends/clients etc.
