Great pools, excellent and friendly staff, wonderful restaurant.

We have been going to Chico for 35 years and have never been disappointed. The staff in every facet of the resort is impeccable, friendly and accommodating. The spa is to die for & restaurant is fine dining at its best. I highly recommend though when you do that it gets harder & harder to get reservations 😉 our family adores the resort!!
Went to go eat at the poolside grill. It was really busy. The waitress was amazing. She was really sweet and did a great job. But my burger was really pink. It was sent back and came back still pretty pink. I know it's not her fault by any means. But maybe the cooks should make sure the food is cooked properly before being sent out.
One of our favorite places! Such a beautiful setting!! We've been coming here for almost 15yrs. We've stayed in just about every possible accommodation from the main lodge to the shooting star cabin. Some are better than others, but all have their charms. We've been here for big events and with small groups, but mostly it's just my husband and I getting away for a couple days.
