How good can a visit to the Dentist be anyhow? As being the biggest baby in the world and deathly afraid of Doctors and Dentist, I write this review with all sincereity. Chico Dental Arts staff are extremely friendly and professional. They make me feel special the minute I walk through the door and for me thats the hardest part. If you fear going to the Dentist, this is the Dentist for you and your family.
Had a major toothache. They got me in within an hour of my call, found the problem, and started the root canal. 24 hours later, pain is gone. VERY thankful!
My experience from the time I enter the office to the time I leave couldn't be better. The staff is warm and professional all at the same time. My mother is 89 and suffers with Alzheimer's Disease. She is treated with patience, love and respect. We have Carmen do our 6 month check up and have been treated by both dentists. The entire team is perfect. I wouldn't change a thing.
