Another pleasant experience at Chico Dental Arts for my six-month dental cleaning and a few xrays. Donna loves her job as dental hygienist and appears to be on a personal crusade to be sure everyone who is in her chair is fully informed of how to provide one's own best dental hygiene in between appointments. Everyone is friendly and great. The hygienist (Donna) is very friendly and knowledgable, however she seemed to talk a lot and could have been out of there sooner.

You folks get a 5-Star rating from me, that's for sure!! I love & appreciate you; coming to your office is a pleasure because of the loving & friendly manner in which I am greeted when I come in. Robin always does such a nice & gentle job with my dental cleaning. Karol does just as good a job, too. I had her back in December. You ladies are so knowledgeable and informative suggesting to me how to brush & floss my teeth to insure good dental health. Carli and Dr.Kyle and I had a lively session! Joking, singing (when my mouth was empty of dental tools and apparatus). Most importantly, Dr. Kyle told me each action he was taking before doing so(my request before we began, so I can work with him by relaxing), and asked me gently when he needed me to move for his comfort, and told me if he had any concerns. I typically think very highly of the staff at Chico dental arts and the work they do. I was disappointed yesterday while checking out with Linda, it was the first bad experience I've had there. She asked me 3 times if I wanted to call to give my new address. Each time I told her, I can give it to you now and finally she handed me pen and paper. She said 2-3 times that we were done as I attempted to ask her one last question about a balance. She ignored it and proceeded to answer the telephone as I asked multiple times. "Do y... read more

I am so sorry that it my Hygienists last day! Carmen was not only great at her job, she was so sweet and personable. I trust that my hygienist on my next 4 month visit will be as professional as she.

My husband and I have been using Dr. Kyle's services for a number of years now and make fifty-mile round trips to do so. He and his staff are the best!
