I give Chico Dental Arts a 5-Star for 5-Star service! Tiffany did my cleaning and polishing and taking X-rays. She was filling in for Karol, and I told her that I take numbing gel in my mouth for the ultrasonic cleaning tool because of sensitivity. Well guess what! She couldn't find where Karol keeps the numbing gel, so she used just warm water as she cleaned my teeth, and there was no sensitivity at all! Dr Oster (SP?) was courteous, professional, and quick. I have the dual challenge of a sensitive mouth and lots of work to be done and he handled both with grace.And the teeth look great! :D
