Rude employees
Slowest service ever...It took 20 minutes to get a 4 pc tender & a roll... the lady said they were out of regular & it wud b about 7 minutes. 7 turned into 20. NO ONE was inside the restaurant. Just slow service. No excuse for this!!! I will never return!!!
Thank God that I'm in a better place . This locations customer service is ridiculous. I asked for 3 jalapeños and made that clear even after the drive thru attendant said two. I get to the window pay and check my order only to find only two jalapeños. When I addressed the clerk at the drive thru window she walked off without acknowledging my request at all, then proceeded to go outside delivering orders and continue to be hostile when her manager asked her to bring another jalapeño which I paid for. 28 dollars for two 4 piec... read more
