This is a beautiful hospital but I drove 2 hours to bring my friend up for surgery and they didn't get her into the OR until almost FIVE HOURS after the appointment was scheduled. At this point, we are the only people left in the waiting room, we're looking at an hour for surgery, another hour for recovery, and another 2 hour drive home.
