I don't even want to give them a star because one of their "social workers" who is supposed to be there for the patients screwed over my sister sending her somewhere she wasn't supposed to go and lying about her medical condition just because she didn't like her. I believe the name is Cassie? She needs to go, what she did was not right to a patient with a heart condition or any patient.. Who knows how many times she's done this. Infuriating.
Possibly one of the best hospitals I've ever been to... Nothing in Indian Country is even close. Also, if you ever have an issue with IHS, or any hurdles, contact Rhonda Vesely, caseworker. She is fantastic. She might not always have an answer or fix what's wrong, will try her hardest to solve whatever problems may come up as a patient.
This hospital is above and beyond anything we expected! From us walking through the doors to get admitted until the day we left the entire staff that we encountered from the hospital was AMAZING!! The Women's Care/OB Unit really exceeded my expectations!! The nurses and techs were well trained, well informed, and we're extremely friendly!
