9 months ago, this place was struggling with EVERYTHING when they got new management but now since the assistant manager Chris has stepped up to be the Property Manager, it has gotten better and seems to be running a lot more smoothly. He somehow is doing the job of two people and still managing to keep everything organized. The property seems to be looking better, it's clean and maintained. Maintenance is awesome. This place is only going to continue to get better if Chris continues to be the Property Manager.

I'm currently a resident...they say they do maintenance that you request when nothing has been fixed.. Everytime my wife calls them and leaves messages a call is never returned! It clearly states in the leasing agreement and pet policy no pitbull and other aggressive breeds are allowed which is why my family didn't get a pitbull yet a guy that lives in our building has a pitbull so tell me why the rules don't apply to everyone???
they suck and need new management. nothing but drugs and low lifes in here
Lived there for 7 years, always kept my apartments I lived in clean and made sure everything was always taken care of, but watch out for when you go to move out. Not only will they completely screw your over, (even when you follow the contract rules) but personal property being stolen by maintenance is likely. Thanks for stealing my wedding band! I hope you feel good knowing it was my great grandma's. Also, parking is the worst if you live near 7755.

I love Chickahominy bluff because.... They're amazing in so many ways! We are new residents and have been so impressed! We love our apartment as well as the exercise facilities and our children can't wait to check out the pool when it gets warmer! However, or favorite thing by far has been the staff! I enjoyed and stayed at Chickahominy Bluff. Mandi and Katy are awesome and I miss being there so if you are looking for a place to stay. Choose Chickahominy. It is well kept!!
