I don't know what happened, but since your remodel your customer service has slipped considerably. I used to be able to trust that my orders were always properly prepared when using your drive thru, but not anymore. So I just won't return to your establishment.
Food is great. Customer service is awsome & the store is always clean.
Chick-fila is known for amazing customer service. But this morning as I was eating my breakfast Mrs.Karen came by and closed the blinders in the lobby so the sun would not shine in my face. Plus she greeted a little girl as she left and told her how beautiful she was. Just one of the many reasons I love Chick-fila! And of course my spicy biscuit and Lemonade was perfect! �
