I ordered a Chicken Club without lettuce and side of fruit and sugarfree lemonade. Everything was delicious and served quickly! The server was tremendous! I love this Chick-fil-A!
Somebody with the white shirt greeted me a smile by the door. The employees are so sweet & offered to help. Very clean & tidy�
This location is the BEST. Their customer service is impeccable. I often go to a different local CFA since it's closer to my office, and there is a substantial difference in customer service, cleanliness, quality of food, and order correctness. I prefer CFA 9 Mile Rd any day!
I love their frosted coffee and the lemonade is the best.
This Chick Fil A owner is the worse. They make a colossal mistake and refuse to refund or replace what they failed to give me in my order after a 35 minute wait. Then the management staff pushes you off to unreal levels making you call the owner of the franchise to authorize a simple 10 dollar refund. What is worse. The customer service there is impeccable. It is extremely rare when a mistake is made, and when it is, it is made right, and with a sincere smile. This Chick-Fil-A has the best iced tea and lemonade, though the coffee could be just a bit stronger. I love the new breakfast platters--a very good value for a family on a budget. I do wish the brownies would be brought back (except without the icing). Chick-Fil-A has great sauces for dipping their chicken tenders in, so I feel that helps give me more variety.
