I was exhausted & went through the drive thru. The young man outside taking orders was so nice & helpful. When I got to the window, the girl said something & I had to ask her to repeat it. I won 6 chocolate chip cookies. That lifted my spirits & my husband's. He's in rehab for a broken hip. PS-he really enjoyed the chicken noodle soup!! Thank you.

I went there in the drive-through and had problems with my credit card and Chick-fil-A covered my meal on the house no other corporate group would ever do anything like this and this is why I am a regular breakfast person there.

In my opinion this is the best chick fil a location out of the ones located in Pensacola. It's located off university pkwy, near target and publix. Great service. I'm usually there at opening times and even then the customer service is great. I've never had an issue with the food. I think they've got the best chick fil a breakfast biscuit - it's always moist and buttery and soft unlike some of the other locations. I can only attest to the drive thru service, I've never dined inside. Highly recommend this one

I have never visited this location, not one single time, when your staff was anything less that just joyful to do business with. It matters SO much and they have customer service on point!! #loyalcustomer
not very happy with this chick fil a at all food was messed up very disappointed with the way it was handled on offering to replace it since i did not want to sit in the place and eat, i now have to wait for a card in the mail , why not have a book to write peoples names in so they can come back at any time . i now feel that i will be going that extra distance to go get my food and not 2 mins down the rd.
