We were there after the noon rush on a Friday so it was not busy. Counter service was excellent and the food was delivered to our table. The problem was the food was not hot when we received it. My wife commented that her waffle fries were hard. We hadn’t been to this Chic Fil a for a while and I don’t think we will go back.
Food was fine. The reason I’m giving three stars is because service seemed rather slow and that parking lot is ridiculously small. I was there right when lunch was going on and there were cars wall to wall. Nowhere to park and the drive-thru line wrapped around the building at least twice. Whoever built the restaurant here did a horrible job planning the layout and underestimating how much space would be needed to accommodate their customers.
Every time I come to this Chick-Fil-A, I always know my order is going to be right and the one time it wasn’t, they gave me a free breakfast the next morning. I look forward to talking to a joyful person. Without fail the worker at the window is always smiling and kind and I love it! I worked fast food... nobody likes working in fast food... but you would never know if they didn’t like their job cause everyone at this store is smiling
Polaris location was a great experience. Food,hospitality,cleanliness and family place. Great place. I will be back.
Always greeted with a smile and never have to wait very long on food. I have yet to have a a bad experience at this location.
Kathy long- we visited the chic-fa-la yesterday I Columbus ohio at Polaris. We ordered salads, my husband got the wrong dressing. I got my market salads. They missed the cheese. Then they forgot to put the granola packet and the walnuts with it. My hubby got another packet that wasn't with his salad. Someone needs to get it together up there. Only one cashier and there must of been 40 people waiting g to order. But food was very good.
My first ever chick fil a chicken sandwich. Loved it!
