Prices are to high for what little you get and the taste of chicken is just gross
Very disappointed with the service at this Chick-fil-A. We have had multiple orders not accurate. The manager does not seem concerned with the feedback and told me to talk to corporate which I will do. Tonight was our third to-go order inaccurate which was for a birthday party event. Free merchandise does not make up for someone going without a meal.
RecommendedChick-Fil-a Polaris does a remarkable job, as all CFA’s do. We had a great experience!
Delicious grilled chicken. Until today I'd only had the spicy chicken. Sriracha sauce added the heat this time. Great service. Quick in and out. Frosted coffee was welcomed on an uncomfortably steamy day. All the thumbs up.
We were greeted by what I believe was the manager who took our order. Very pleasant and quick. The restaurant was very clean. The food was ok but could have been a bit warmer. Everyone was very upbeat and made us feel good. I think we are all going to have to realize that our work force is changing and it is going to be harder to find people willing to work hard and be proud of their jobs. As long as we do the best we can that is all we can ask. We will go back to this restaurant.
Awesome during my visit in June!!!
Stopped by around 8:30pm on a Weds night. The teenagers working in the front (about 6 of them) were loud, playing around, acting crazy, eating behind the counter and generally not professional. I’m only commenting because it’s not what I expect from a Chick-fil-a given the family values and eye for service and professionalism every other franchise exhibits. I’m pretty sure I won’t be coming back to this one.
Excellent service and food! I recommend the #2 - Spicy Chicken! Even though it was crazy busy, the line moved quickly. Employees are friendly and happy to help.
