This is the worst chick fil a in Columbus. They have shortened me sandwiches on multiple occasions and the quality of food just isn’t the same. Definitely a few steps below the normal chick fil a standard.

Idk what happened recently but man!!! Y’all are fast now!! I used to sit for 30+ minutes in the drive-thru (no worries, it was worth it 🤣) when it was wrapped around and back to the street...the other day I pulled in and started my wait at the street, 13 mins later I was on my way! Incredible.💕🤗
I was given cold cheese sauce, diet Dr Pepper instead of regular and absolutely no sauce to dip my nuggets... such a waste of money.
First time visit. I will go back!
