Service has always been exceptional. A lady asked me while I was washing my hands in the bathroom if this location was new because they were very busy........I said "nope, if every restaurant had their kind of service they would be this busy too"
I cannot say enough good things about the staff and this location! No matter the weather they are working outside to get your food to you in a timely manner. I've only had one incorrect order in the history of going. Always courteous and kind. More businesses should strive to be like them!

Just at Chick-fil-A in Joplin Missouri, every disappointed in this company for having kids outside in the freezing weather taking orders etc.. yes they had small space heaters to help them stay warm but it's redicules! The kids outside were very polite smiling etc but I felt so bad for them! I'm normally a huge fan of Chick-fil-A, but highly disappointed tonight!!
The drive thru line was to the road in both lanes today at noon. From the time I pulled in to the time I got my food, it was only 7 minutes! I've been a loyal CFA customer for years and service like that keeps me coming back. Great job CFA!
