I love their chicken nuggets, & would come here for that alone. However, they have absolutely AWESOME customer service. Yesterday, I had stopped to get some of my favorite bites of heaven, & it started raining again. And not just "raining", it was pouring down & very windy. One of the employees was actually walking customers to their vehicles, with an umbrella! (I don't know if this is a company-wide thing, or just this store, but I was impressed.) Jordan's review concerns me. First off, he is in the 1% minority regarding his experience. His tendency to want to "fight" the employee indicates possible anger management issues. Harboring this "one and done" mentality will not serve him very well in his chosen profession. We don't know if he ever communicated back with the manager, or the final outcome. Me and my fiance absolutely love this restaurant and company. Amazing food, best chicken place we have been to. Excellent workers and customers who are always polite.
For a busy happening place with three lines, I was able to get in and out quick with great service!
I love the staff there. They treat my grandkids like little stars. The playroom is clean and maintained. The staff wait on you and very friendly.
