I went to Chick-fil-A in Joplin for dinner today. I have to say, the employees there are the nicest, friendliest, most polite young men and women. Even the guys standing outside in the 90+ degree heat, handing out condiments in the drive through had big smiles. Kudos to the employees and the management!!!!!
I can't say enough about the amazing service we have always received at this location. It has always been packed to the max when we have been there, but service has been super friendly and extremely fast! We even had an employee help us with our baby gender reveal a year ago, and recently she got to meet our baby girl! Chick-fil-A, you never disappoint!
1st time ever stepping into one of these places and I got to say. The foods fresh, the people are nice and if I am around I will be back.
We had a great experience at chick-fil-a in Joplin today! The restaurant was packed, and noisy. We ordered very quickly, and our food was brought to us before we even got sat down. The food was great, all of the staff was professional and courteous. Even with as busy as it was, and as many people were moving through we were still checked on twice by wait staff. I love the food & the service is outstanding & friendly. Their serine outside st the drive Tru is very good, everyone very friendly.
There's no Chick-fil-A in my home town, so it's a treat when I'm in Joplin. I was disappointed on a recent visit to learn that the cole slaw is no longer on the menu. I hope in the future they might bring it back as an option.
