I waited in the drive through 15 minutes just to get a sandwich and a tea. I got no apology for the wait, and my sandwich was cold and tough like it had been sitting out all day. Granted, this was at 3 p.m. and it appeared to be shift change but that should not be an excuse. This location is not up to Chick-fil-A standards.

I work 12 hour shifts and I can't leave once I get here. I stopped by Truetts-Griffin to order a salad on the way in. I was already rushing so I didn't check my order. I get to work and my order was wrong. I called and explained to the manager April whom was off today but just happened to stop by the office & explained to her about my order. Also, stating I was working 12 hours & hungry. God Bless her heart. She personally delivered my correct order to my job so that I wouldn't have to work all night hungry. Now, that's what... read more
