Not happy with the recipe day. They never tell me I would need the yellow recipe to receive my free meal. And they don’t tell me the mobile order don’t apply, they only have that instructions small letters. So disappointed. Never come back again.

Only one person working register and one person cooking. Waited a while for the food. They had no napkins or ketchup at the condiment stand. There was spilled stuff and trash there too. Probably the worst Chick-fil-a I've eaten at.
Overall a really poor example of a great place to eat!!!! Poor food, waited 20 minutes for it and then when it was wrong, I was offered a coupon via mail. Really????? Why couldn’t you just replace my food?? Over two weeks has passed and still no coupons for my inconvenience!!!!!! This one used to be my favorite in North Charleston but I guess I will brave the parking lot across the street instead!!!! No call, no email, nothing!!!!!!! Why!!!???
