RecommendedI got a catering order today and went back to get my receipt for my expense report. They asked while I was requesting the receipt if they could get me a drink. They took my information and actually called me and followed up to make sure I got the receipt. I was very pleased with the care they took. Lesson: it doesn’t cost much to be world class, you just have to care. And they do.
Just waited in line for 20 minutes for food nor did anyone even offer an apology for my wait after I said long wait they just handed me my food and said here you go!
if you need handicapped parking, avoid this location. you'd think they would do better than 3 handicapped parking spaces.
I loveeeee Chick-fil-A but this expansion has made their service horrible. I’ve gone 3 times to try and give them the benefit of the doubt and I think they’re actually getting slower. If you’re trying to get something before work I do not recommend this location!
I don’t know what is going on with this location but they used to be on point and very fast before the renovation. Now they take forever and the other day my nuggets tasted a bit like burnt oil. I loooove them and hope they get back to it.
Love the new store! The experience was perfect as always, and the staff is very friendly. For half the staff to be new and have just opened with brand new systems, they are doing an excellent job!!
Went to chik fil a to get dinner for my family, first time there since the reopen and the drive through wait time was over 40 minutes... there was tons of confusion and the workers outside didn’t know what the order of the line was... On top of that, my wife’s salad had mold in it and she couldn’t eat it, and because the wait was so long there was no time to cook or get something else because she works nights!!
After waiting months for this location to open back up, I’m very dissatisfied with my experience today. The drive through was extremely slow and difficult to maneuver. I dislike how food is brought to your car in the middle of the drive through line, and you’re stuck in line with nowhere to go! The quality of the food was lacking as well. The service was friendly, however, the wrong food was brought to my car. Unfortunately, I’ll be returning to the Chick-fil-A at Saluda Pointe, instead of this location!
As I posted for all my Facebook friends to see, our Lexington Chick Fil A is reopened after renovations. Today was the first day, it was packed AND YET —. Great service and rushing the customers thru! The food is always great and it really was “my pleasure” to grab 3 lunches there. Chicken nuggets, chicken wrap and a chicken sandwich.. all were delicious.
