Yesterday was my first visit since the reopening and while I love the double drive thru, the drive thru and parking lot are a nightmare. You have to circle the building to get out and doing this means you have to merge with the traffic coming into the lot and go through the lot dodging cars pulling out of spaces. I can’t imagine trying to leave a parking space with all the traffic. The parking lot was blocked with cones cutting off the exit into the Walmart parking lot. So disappointed since they’ve reopened. Drive thru has gotten orders wrong or missing food more than a couple times resulting in having to drive back around or park and go in. No room to sit and eat but plenty of places to park. Seems a bit off. And the staff isn’t what you expect at CFA. Having 5 drinks pushed at me and saying “next!” isn’t how I remember CFA’s customer service. Sad to keep seeing it decline.
Not a place to sit and enjoy your lunch during your work day. The screaming kids, running around like a bunch of wild horses. Very disappointed. Will NEVER go back to dine inside. Parents, please if your child is screaming to the tops of their lungs and other people are trying to eat, please, please quite your child or remove them from the restaurant.
I’m a LONG time customer and supporter of this location but the new layout is TERRIBLE. I swear there are less tables than before and more parking spots. Super annoying to see the parking lot isn’t full so decide to take the kids in for lunch only to find out AFTER I order there is literally no place to sit. I was there with my three children and USUALLY I have to turn down all the helpful offers to refill or carry a tray...not recently! Y’all had a good thing.
Very disappointed with the quality of food and service, definitely not what you come to expect from them. We ordered 2 grilled chicken club sandwiches that are supposed to have bacon and cheese, 1 had no cheese and both had no bacon. I go back to tell them my order was wrong and 5 or so minutes later they give me a cold piece of cheese and a few pieces of bacon. This chick-fil-a is just a struggle all around. The wait times are ridiculous compared to any other one in the area and it’s not even the busiest. Their drive thru line is also horrible. Once you’re in it - you are STUCK as the design has made it impossible for you to leave if you decide to. So if you get in line and begin to realize it’s going to take over 30 mins for you to even ORDER (which happened to us) you can’t get out of line. Also. Whenever visiting any Chick-fil-A you’re always prepared for the most hospitable and fast service, even if the double lane drive-through Maybe 10 to 20 cars deep & The parking lot may have one or two spaces left We’re dining in. Don't get me wrong, the customer service is just as good as it's always been, and the food is just as good as the other locations! However, whenever I wait for a carry-out order inside, the wait is unusually long compared to other Chick-fil-A locations I've been to. Sorry Mr. Tucker,,but I made my first visit to your new location tonight,,never again. The drive through was a mad house,so I went in. I was the only customer inside ordering. After placing my order,I waited 9 minutes at the pick up counter before anybody asked If i could be helped. I calmly replied i had a simple order and I'm still waiting.
