For the first time ever at a Chick Fil A, I actually had to send my food back yesterday. The bun was stale, the lettuce limp and slimey. It had obviously sat under a warmer for an extended time. The fries were also cold. There is clearly a management issue, as there always seems to be some sort of chaos going on in the store. Do you sit and have your food brought to you? Or do you stand and wait? Why are the trash cans always over flowing? Management needs to get it together.
This is the most unorganized Chic-fil-A I’ve been in, service is very slow and you have to wait forever on your food! Drive through service is not any better, you wait in line sometimes 20 minutes before you even get to order your food and then another 10 minutes or more to even get to window to pick up your food and it’s still not ready.
This has got to be the rudest Chic-Fil-A Restaurant, very disappointed in this new store! The cashier was rude, McDonalds has treated me way better. The food was GROSS. My daughter got a grilled nugget combo and they literally gave her half a portion of fries. I got the Southwest Salad and the lettuce was clearly old as well as the meat. tried to redeem 3 items and the app took all my points and manager could care less 5/17 cashier Rebecca confirmed but I was made to feel as if I never had 2600 points never been treated so badly at any Chick Fila
Slowest Chick-fil-A I’ve been to. Very disappointed in the new store.
I was very disappointed yesterday morning when I went to eat my chicken minis and noticed a black hair on them. y'all need to be more careful when preparing the food.
I have been to the new store 3 times now and have been disappointed with the quality of the food and service each time. I understand that they might have lost a lot of their staff during the renovations, but the food is also not as fresh as it was. The oil for the fries have consistently tasted off. I'm going to try again in a few months, but this is not my favorite location at this time.
Waited over 30 min and the food was cold. This new place has the worst service.
