I went to grab a quick bite went inside and order came out looked at food and I had about 1/2 cup of fries seriously Chick-fil-A and my food was cold 8:29 for a meal and this is what I get
It's 6:30pm and the drive thru green light is on as well as the menu sign lights yet they refused to take orders. There was a line of 6 cars waiting and nobody would ever answer even though there were at least 5 employees inside. If you are closing early you should post it on your Facebook page and turn off the OPEN green light!! Sad to say this isn't my first bad experience here.
This was my first time at this location and it was because of the free chicken minis. My initial thought was they are not as friendly as I'm used to from Chik-fil-a employees. Also, the assumption was that I was getting my order to go and the waitress appeared a little perturbed that I was staying. However, once I got my food (it was only sufficient, not great) the service was excellent. A person walked around and collected trash and refilled my drink.
