I placed and PAID for(had a receipt)a catering order last night to be picked up this morning at 7:30am. I arrived only to find out that my order was not ready for my 8:00am meeting!! No record of it in the system. � Had to stand there and wait for the kitchen to put it together. It was not ready until 7:50. I am extremely disappointed. Not the kind of service that normally comes from this location. Manager only offered a free box of coffee....
I ordered a chicken sandwich and got the smallest piece of meat I’ve ever gotten. Not worth the price at this location.
The food is as great as Chick-fil-A usually is. What makes Chamblee Plaza special is that these are the nicest people I have ever met. The restaurant is clean and comfortable, and the WiFi is very fast. I love this place.
I work near this location and quite often I go here to have lunch. Friendly staffs are serving with lightning speed.
